		<description>This is truly mind boggling.  One thing that is interesting though.  In recent years (especially re: Xinjiang) China has refrained from denying the existence of the firewell, and instead played by the strategy of insisting that it&#039;s used to prevent subversive activities such as terrorism.  Almost like they took a page straight out of the Bush administration.  But yeah, that still doesn&#039;t absolve the ridiculous irony of this announcement.</description>
